Shipping policy

At Mawei, we believe in thoughtful experiences — from the first stitch to final delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and what to do if something isn’t quite right.

 

Shipping

Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Home Delivery (Norway): 79 kr
  • International Shipping: Costs and options vary by destination and are shown at checkout. (if available)

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our logistics partner, Direct House.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. From there, you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Returns must be requested and shipped within 14 days of delivery

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.


Return Process

If you wish to return your order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email care@mawei.no within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Find the QR code on the delivery note included in your package. This will take you to Bring’s portal to create your return label.

  3. Carefully pack the item, include the completed return form, and use the return label from Bring to send it back.

  4. Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we’ll cover the return costs

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping and handling fees.

Claims

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Email care@mawei.no within 5 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if possible

Resolution

We’ll respond within 2–5 business days with a proposed solution. Depending on the issue, this may include:

  • A full or partial refund
  • A replacement item
  • A prepaid return label
