Shopify hosts our online store and manages the checkout process. While you enter your payment information via the Shopify checkout, Mawei does not store or have access to your card or account details. These are handled securely by our payment providers (like Klarna, Vipps, or Stripe) — see below.


Payment Providers (Klarna, Vipps, Stripe)

Data shared:

  • Name
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Order value and reference
  • Email address or phone number (depending on method)
  • In some cases, partial payment card or bank information (handled securely)

These services enable secure payment transactions. We never see or store your full card or account details.


Shipping Partners (e.g., Bring, PostNord, DHL)

Data shared:

  • Shipping address
  • Email and/or phone number (for delivery notifications)
  • Order number


This is used solely to deliver your order and provide shipping updates.


Email & Marketing Tools

Data shared:

  • Name (if provided)
